Armine Alajajian


Ms. Alajajian graduated with a High Distinction in a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Berkeley in 2012. She received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2016 from UCLA School of Law with a specialized degree in the Entertainment, Media, and Technology Law Program. Ms. Alajajian served as Managing Editor for the UCLA Entertainment Law Review for two consecutive years.

Ms. Alajajian was admitted to practice in California in 2016. She subsequently joined Wohlner Kaplon Cutler Halford & Rosenfeld as an associate in the firm’s labor and employee-benefit practice. Her practice focuses on representing Labor Unions and Taft-Hartley Trust Funds in the entertainment and construction industries in both labor and trust matters, including representing clients in federal and state court litigation.

Ms. Alajajian is a member of the AFL-CIO Lawyer’s Coordinating Committee.  In her free time, she enjoys going to the movies and spending time with family and friends.
