Amanda Lively

Partner

Ms. Lively is a 1994 graduate of Scripps College in Claremont, California.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in 2000 and was subsequently admitted to practice in California. Ms. Lively has represented the firm’s labor union clients since joining Wohlner Kaplon Cutler Halford & Rosenfeld in 2001. She became a partner in the firm in 2009.

She specializes in representing and counseling of public and private sector labor organizations, which includes negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and advocating for her union clients in arbitrations and in matters before the National Labor Relations Board.

Ms. Lively formerly served as Vice President of the Orange County Chapter Labor & Employment Relations Association (OC LERA). She is also an active member of the Labor and Employment Sections of the California and Los Angeles County Bar Associations, and the AFL-CIO’s Lawyers Coordinating Committee.

In her spare time, Ms. Lively does animal rescue work with Ridgebacks and Friends, Best Friends Animal Society, and Kitten Rescue.
