Daniel Barth

Daniel Barth is a 2005 graduate of UCLA and received his master’s degree in political science from Columbia University in 2007. Mr. Barth received his Juris Doctorate in 2010 from UCLA, where he served as a managing editor of the UCLA Law Review. He joined the firm as a partner in 2022 along with Lewis Levy following the merger of their practice with the firm.

Mr. Barth represents labor unions and their members in federal and state court litigation, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings before the NLRB, PERB, the EEOC and other agencies. He also represents Taft-Hartley Trust Funds in ERISA litigation.

Mr. Barth is also a certified instructor at Los Angeles Trade Tech College where he teaches classes on union organizing and advocacy, grievance and arbitration, wage and hour law, and employment discrimination.
