Mr. Cutler is a 1977 graduate of San Francisco State University. He received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of law in 1981 and was subsequently admitted to practice in California. Mr. Cutler has dedicated his entire professional career to representing working men and women in all aspects of their employment.
Since 1982, he has devoted his practice to representing Labor Unions and Taft-Hartley Funds. Mr. Cutler has focused his practice on building and construction trades clients; representing them in both labor and trust matters. He has also represented the firm’s clients in other industries and has developed a varied client base. Mr. Cutler has extensive experience representing clients in federal and state court litigation and before the National Labor Relations Board.
He has spoken at many union seminars during his career providing practical strategies and tips on handling union matters.
Mr. Cutler views the labor movement as a vital means of maintaining fair wages, benefits, and working conditions for working people and is proud to serve the firm’s clients in attaining these objectives.
Away from the office, Mr. Cutler enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid hockey fan. He has been known to enthusiastically participate in a few hockey games himself in various adult recreational leagues.
